Whether you’re a seasoned researcher or relatively new to the role, leading research teams comes with opportunities and challenges.
How do I hire, train, and coach/mentor research assistants? How do I identify and assign responsibilities to co-applicants and collaborators? What are some strategies for creating an inclusive and collegial research environment? How do I manage unexpected events and project delays? These are just some of the questions we’ll explore during a workshop hosted by the Office of Research in Education (ORE).
