Tri-Agency Information Session 2023 | July 18, 2023, 10:30 am to 11:45 am
There will be a Tri-Agency and Affiliated awards information session for doctoral students on Tuesday, 18 July, 2023, 10:30-11:45 a.m., via Zoom.
Hosted by Dr. Teresa Dobson, Associate Dean Academic, Graduate and Innovation, the workshop will provide resources for doctoral students applying for funding through the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), as well as UBC Affiliated Fellowships.
Topics covered will include what makes an excellent program of study description as part of your proposal, what should be included in your description of your track record, and how to approach and interact with referees.
This information session will take place online, via Zoom. The link will be provided after you register, closer to the date of the session.
