Professor of Leadership in Further Education and Skills – University College London

The Further Education Trust for Leadership (FETL) is seeking a Professor of Leadership in Further Education and Skills. The post, at University College London – Institute of Education, forms one of FETL’s three strategic platforms along with fellowship and grant programmes.

This post will help:

  • Advance the strategic development of the leadership of thinking in FE and skills to increase knowledge transfer and impact.
  • Publish rigorous research and original work on leadership of thinking in FE and skills.
  • Play a public role in disseminating research and challenging policy and practice in FE and skills.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and networks to enhance the quality of debate and thinking.
