Are you planning on graduating in September?
This is a reminder of the following deadline for September Degree Conferral:
Friday, August 21, 2015 is the last day for degree conferral and Congregation applications to be submitted to Enrolment Services by all graduate students expecting to graduate in September. Application is made through the Student Service Centre. Students who meet the Friday, August 21, 2015 deadline will have their degrees conferred at the September Senate meeting and will be able to attend November congregation. Students that applied to have their degree awarded in September, but did not meet the August 21, 2015 deadline should apply again for November graduation.
Friday, August 21, 2015 is also the last day for final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be accepted by the Faculty of Graduate Studies for September graduation (must be approved and accepted by 4:00 pm); and is the deadline for graduate programs to notify the Faculty of Graduate Studies that all requirements (including major papers) have been met for non-thesis master’s degrees for September graduation.
Enrolment Services will not accept any late applications for graduation, and there will be no exceptions to the Friday, August 21, 2015 deadline.
