Applicants for the 2016 IDG competition will be ineligible to apply to the October 2016 Insight Grant Competition, even if applicants are unsuccessful in the 2016 IDG competition.
SSHRC has developed a new online application portal called the Research Portal and the IDGs are the first SSHRC program to use the new system. Applicants must submit an online application, as well as a Canadian Common CV. Co-Applicants must submit a Canadian Common CV, but Collaborators do not (new this year). Please allow a generous amount of time to complete your and your team member’s CCVs (80-100 hours each, from scratch).
Requests for equipment must follow SSHRC’s new Guidelines for Support of Tools.
