SSHRC and NSERC Sites Outage from June 28 to July 2

Description: Please be advised of an upcoming SSHRC and NSERC sites outage from June 28 to July 2. Details from SSHRC follow below. It’s quite an extensive outage, so anyone potentially needing access to these sites (including SSHRC funding applicants in progress) should be aware of it. To be on the safe side, applicants should save duplicate working versions of any applications in their own files before the outage. Here is the list of systems that will be unavailable during that time period:

  • SSHRC websites (SSHRC, Canada Biomedical Research Fund, New Frontiers in Research Fund)
  • TIPS websites (Canada Excellence Research Chairs, Canada Research Chairs, Canada 150 Research Chairs, Canada First Research Excellence Fund, Research Support Fund)
  • NSERC corporate websites
  • Sharepoint sites created for competitions or adjudication (Extranet, Influence, Ensemble, NSERC Collab, SSHRC Collab)
  • SSHRC online, NSERC online
  • Financial Data Submission and Reconciliation
  • Matrix
  • Research Portal
