3M National Teaching Fellowship Awards

3M Fellowship is the most prestigious recognition of excellence and leadership in Canadian university teaching. The community of 3M National Teaching Fellows embodies the highest ideals of teaching excellence and scholarship with a commitment to encourage and support the educational experience of every learner.

All nominees or nominating parties are asked to consult Dr. Simon Bates, Senior Advisor Teaching and Learning, and Academic Director, Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology, who will offer advice on the process and the nomination package, and can assist with preparation of the support letter for the Provost & VP Academic’s signature.
